Saving Country Music has listed my debut album, Better Late Than Never, in its “2022 Essential Albums List“.
When I released the album earlier this year, Saving Country Music gave my album a great review and included “Friends With Benefits” on their playlists. The review introduced Mike and his music to a much wider audience. The site’s writer, Kyle Coroneous, known as Trigger, wrote:
“To sing country, you have to live country, and that’s what makes the music of Mike Kuster so much more meaningful. It comes with that real life, lived-in and loved aspect that you just don’t get from the antiseptic and formulaic notions of big radio singles. These are songs cut straight from life, yet give up nothing when it comes to quality and instrumentation compared to major label releases.”

I am so honored to be included in this list and grateful for the support provided by Saving Country Music!
