As the dust settles on a busy holiday weekend, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to celebrate with me and The Catoctin Cowboys over Independence Day.
We had an absolute blast performing at the Walkersville Carnival on July 3rd and then heading north to Gettysburg for a Fourth of July show at The Barn Resort. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new friends, and sharing great country music as we celebrated America’s 250th birthday made for a truly special weekend.
There’s something uniquely American about gathering together in small towns and communities to enjoy live music, great food, fireworks, and fellowship. From the carnival grounds in Walkersville to the beautiful setting of Gettysburg, your support, enthusiasm, and energy made every mile traveled and every note played worthwhile.
As an artist who was born and raised right here in Frederick County, I never take for granted the opportunity to perform for hometown crowds and the communities that have supported my music from the very beginning. Thank you for singing along, dancing, stopping by to say hello, picking up merchandise, and continuing to support independent country music.
Now, we’re turning the page to another exciting weekend of music!
Friday Night at Linganore Winecellars
I’ll be bringing my solo acoustic show to Linganore Winecellars on Friday, July 10th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
If you’re looking for a relaxing evening with great wine, beautiful scenery, and some traditional country music, I’d love to see you there. I’ll be performing a mix of original songs and country favorites as we ease into the weekend.

Saturday Night in Darnestown
Then on Saturday, July 11th, Mike Kuster & The Catoctin Cowboys will be rolling into the Darnestown Swim and Racquet Club for a full-band performance from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
If you’re a member of the Darnestown community, come spend the evening with us! We’ll be bringing the full country music experience with plenty of danceable tunes, fan favorites, and a few surprises along the way.
Whether you’ve been following my music for years or are just discovering it for the first time, I appreciate every opportunity to share these songs with you.
Thank you again for making Independence Day weekend so memorable. I hope to see many of you this Friday at Linganore Winecellars and Saturday night in Darnestown.
Until then, keep country music playing and I’ll see you down the road.
